Last time I saw fire that close to a pitch was when Andy Roberts instructed his staff to set the pitch alight in Antigua to dry it out during an Aussie tour in the 90s.

Our seamers will be delighted to see the pace and movement in this pitch. I wouldn't be surprised to see Watson roll his arm over to remind the selectors of his all-round value before he jets home just in case Maxwell, Khawaja and Henriques kill it in his absence.
