He is only test class in Indian conditions and where the ball doesnt bounce above the kneeI hope this innings will stop people underestimating Dhoni as a test batsman. He is definitely test class in Indian conditions.
Does this even count as a prediction these days?Getting a bad feeling. OZ to be 4/****-all by stumps.
loving these wade snipes. Keep em cominthings more likely to take a clean grab than wade
Winner of the cruelty award.things more likely to take a clean grab than wade (cont.)
shut it downexclusive footage of wade taking a catch
I'm assuming that the on field umpire had decided he was playing a shot. I would have given it, but it's unclear whether it would have been given by DRS. It certainly wasn't a decision that warrants a lot of moaning about - he was very far forward and it wasn't clear whether the ball had turned too much etc. If Hawkeye showed it hitting then I'm sure it was, but there's still the issue of whether the umpire deems him to be playing a shot.In response:
2. Hawkeye replay showed Tendulkar LBW would have hit off stump,
Yes, I was giving that, although on review it might have only marginally been in line with off stump. But I'll give you this one.Jadeja was LBW to Starc (clearly pad before bat),
rewind. open eyes. watch replays.Dhoni clearly did not inside edge that one from Patto
I was also giving that. 2 by my count.Bhaji was plumb.
Generous to call Jadeja a batsman (or a bowler, but that's another story) but he was out shortly afterwards. Harbhajan didn't cost Aus much either.3. Yep Clarke was lucky and...
4. ...there were also two aussies tailenders who were lucky, but India have had 3 batsmen get reprieves and one tailender.
