Azhar Ali gone.

Why the **** did they stop the replay before the foot fully hit the crease though ? Wasn't a No ball given before because the foot slid just past the line ?

Dodgy work by the SA broadcasters.

LOL@ shafiq and Sarfraz
Cricbuzz commentary says that ball to get Sarfraz exploded off the pitch and caused a big puff of dust. Anyone actually watching to confirm? Sounds good for Ajmal.

They just showed the initial part of the feet hitting the deck and stopped with commentators happy. Strange.

Gul gone too.

The ball was changed 15 overs ago and since then Pakistan are 15 for 4 or something.

Where the feet land is all that is important for a noball. Whether there is a subsequent slide is irrelevant.

5. Fair delivery - the feet
For a delivery to be fair in respect of the feet, in the delivery stride ...

(b) the bowler’s front foot must land with some part of the foot, whether grounded or raised ...

(ii) behind the popping crease.

Phew!!!!!

I'm haunted to imagine the kind of havoc Indian batsmen will have to go through come December!

De Villiers has such a lateral range that SA could play without first slip. Bloody great keeper, even if he's not always watching the ball into his hands.

Given the ball is turning a fair bit, this lead could already be enough IF Ajmal will be on fire. It's all on his shoulders now.

Not really. And frankly if the ball hadn't turned at all he would probably have still be out!
