Australia's first series post-Hussey, so who should they take to replace him? Additionally, it sounds like Maxwell will not be making the trip as a specialist spinner, so the second tweaker behind Lyon could prove an interesting selection.

Watson wants to go back to the top of the order, so pressure will be on Cowan to justify his inclusion. By the time we hit the Ashes, the order may well have drastically changed again.

Wait a minute, they've revised the schedule. Wtf? Hyderabad and Chennai were to be the last two tests.

Makes things trickier.

I assume they wanted the Southern tests closer to winter and the Northern tests closer to spring. Makes sense if that's the case.

yeah the season change might have a bit to do with it, probably not a good idea to be playing in chennai in march-april may lol.

it's all because australia were shook bitches and demanded that one ground be stripped of their test match. who do they think they are

I'll be surprised if Australia even look like winning one test.

The last tour of India ended Hauritz's career, I can see this tour ending Lyon's.

Not sure anyone cares where Jono will be.
I'm grateful he won't be here.
One thing I want to do is see a test match in India and you blokes make fun of me when its possible I may be unable to.

Worst ****s.
Reckon we'll win this tbh
If I attend a test match Australia beating India is a lock. Have only attended losses.

Did you schedule your trip to India around the original schedule or was it just a coincidence? Would seriously suck if it was the former.

it won't end Lyon's career, but himself and Cowan breaking down with injury right now mightn't be the worst thing

Nah trip is definitely planned around the cricket. I have lots of family in Chennai and Hyderabad so was planning on heading to one of those tests and visit the family while I was there. Plus the dates worked for me.

With the tests locations switching around, it will depend whether I still go to Chennai or Hyderabad and just head there earlier for the 1st or 2nd tests, or alternatively stick with my original timeline, and go to the Mohali or Delhi test.

If Sachin could hurry up and announce this as his last series it would make my decision easier, as I'll just choose Delhi and tell the family to **** off I won't be visiting.
