I swear this powerplay stuff really screws with the teams, like honestly 1 extra man inside the fielder isn't gonna make this hugely different.

I feel India haven't quite come to terms with the changes made in the ODI rules yet, there approach has always been smash right from the first ball, which was fine when we only had 1 new ball and the swing lasted a few overs, but now the swing and seam lasts for about 12-15 overs at least, and India have lost too many wickets first up and had to try to rebuild as a result.

I think we need to go back to the "keep wickets in hand and play out the new ball" approach in ODI's again.

You might be referring to the T20's where Yuvraj slaughtered him, but that was still T20's.
