Back at high school (funnily enough the same one Dry went to years earlier) we regarded him as a cult hero simply because he bowled leg spin and played for Easts. Always thought he should have had a fair crack at FC level.

by the sounds of his bowling it wouldn't have gone down to well at FC, but then I've never seen him and maybe the article was skewed to make him sound less than he is. NZers can be bad against spin but we love looking awesome against lesser spinners and 100kph straight breaks would get smoked once batsmen figured out he never turns it.

DWTA. He's still been bloody inconsistant with his line. He's been better then the last test but that is hardly saying a lot.
