Zaheer, Yadav, Ashwin and Ojha.

In Indian conditions this has to be one of the best attacks India has ever had.

Yadav bowling so well.
Whenever Yadav bowls well I'm reminded of this conversation at the end of last year:

Can he be any worse than Hughes?

Actually scrap that at the pace of India's bowlers they'd have to stand next to Hughes for the edges to carry.
Yadav's actually brisk tbf
Yadav is a little bit gun in general.
Shh, don't tell anyone.
Good times.

He's Sreesanth, but with a good attitude.

Kumble and Srinath at their peaks was up there but the third and fourth bowlers were often weak; e.g. Prasad, Raju.

Bell's wicket would have stayed under DRS according to the Sky comms.
It was still very marginal in my opinion though. Not thinking so much in terms of DRS here, more just umpiring decisions that went in certain teams favour. I don't think anyone would have complained if he'd not given that, it was very 50-50. Therefore I'd count it as a decision in India's favour.

You just know that Broad and Swann will just hit out, even though each of them have the talent to bat for a while.

Dhoni clangs another.

Wasn't starting from a very high bar in any event, but genuinely think his keeping has regressed.

that reverse swinging ball deserved a wicket!! good on the umpires to give that decision 50/50 decision.

So having refused to get out from under my blanket on the sofa as it was so cold I have sat in silence watching Cook play brilliantly and the rest varying forms of crap. Might make them bat again I suppose which is something. Whooppeee.

Compton - Looked all at sea.
Trott - Oh well
KP - Brainfart
Bell - Go home
Patel - Unlucky

Still think Prior should be at 5 in this line up as he is our best player of spin and is wasted at 7. Enjoying the comedy value of Dhoni today, dreadful keeper.

Oh yeah, and Yadav has been a pleasure to watch. Bowled superbly.

It may be getting to the point when India is a better test team with Saha instead of Dhoni. Problem is Kohli perhaps not yet ready for captaincy.
