Sehwag messing with Bracewell's line
I can't make another post about what field to set against Virender as I have exceeded my quota - but by not giving Doug a strong offside field we are forcing him to bowl his current line. The current line that we are bowling (middle stump) is not troubling him. It is keeping him quiet when we get it just right - but we want his wicket and the only times we have beaten him have been outside off stump (except for a southee lbw shout which was plumb). In addition it is tough to bowl 6 consecutive balls on middle stump without giving up a free hit.

That wicket displayed two happy knacks that Bracewell seems to have- the knack of getting away with and even profiting from bowling crap, and the knack of making the ball keep a tad low

****. Great stuff by New Zealand.

Banglore again proving to be unlucky venue for India.

Before we all start talking about what a great nut that was that went straight through Sachin.....pretty much just a straight half-volley wasn't it?
