Their bowlers did well though. It was their batting that was a joke. It's interesting to see that NZ, just having been pummeled in WI, make a more than decent start here.
Has always been a pet peeve of mineThe ball is almost good length and hits about four inches from the top of the stumps and Sachin, well after he is beaten and the stumps are broken sits down as if to play a ball that went six inches off the surface. One has seen Sachin do this often in the past - every time when he has not been playing fluently. No one except the complete idiot would believe that the ball kept low. Then to make it worse, Sachin walks off staring continuously at the spot where the ball had landed.
Come off it Sachin. That looks much worse than being beaten and bowled after a laborious 19.
Partly, I guess. But IIRC, the Windies made 250 for the first wicket in the first Test. I was thinking of that, after having India 125/3.Their bowlers did well though. It was their batting that was a joke.
THE SHIVPatel deserves respect tbh. Or I'll Shiv them (the poster).

Thought you might have been talking about Shiv (the commentator). I had horrible visions of someone being subjected to his horrendous analysis for hours and hours on end. Shastri is a relief compared to him.Patel deserves respect tbh. Or I'll Shiv them (the poster).
