The spells of Savage and Moore dried up the runs and put England under huge pressure when Prenelan came on too bowl.

Good to see Savage hit the 140 mark again after back injuries.

The balance of the England side is all arse about tit, we literally have 3 batsmen then a load of all rounders, god knows what they were thinking but it was no wonder the batting was weak.

Hate to put the blame on one lad but that Davies innings killed them, just seemed to have 2 shots in his locker.

Out of this side Foakes and Topley look the best players, Bell Drummond has shown he has a bit of class but man he's had a stinker of a WC.

Nice work on Overton's run out as well from De Kock. I think this is South Africa's time to show the seniors how to take a World Cup in a canter tbh.

Sounds like the Aussies needed a no-warning mankad to get them going yesterday vs. Bangers. Bosisto leading from the rear again with his fifth not-out in a row, probably time to acknowledge Patterson's poor form and swap those two.

NZ bowl out Windies for 237 on last ball of innings. Judging by NZ U19 batting performances so far that will be too much to chase. Unless one of the couple who are capable score a hundred and do it all themselves.

Can't see them doing it. If you look at the physiques of these guys, they're not particularly big fellas. Chasing reasonably big totals, if they get behind the rate they're in strife. So they have to get ahead of it early and rely on precision.

7 ducks so far in the India Pak game. May have a repeat of the U19 WC final a few years back where Anwar Ali and co. defended a small total.
