Looks like England's two youngsters are going to be key this innings.
Nah clearly missed it on the replay IMO.thought he hit that, live and on the first replay.
Yeah he wasn't a long way forward and hitting in front of middle, straightening a little... looked out.Marginal but that looked out
He took three fer yesterday and bowled well. I dunno what the beef is really. This for mine is *very* dangerous thinking. Just because it looks good doesn't mean it will even be effective, or even looking over it can't make useful comment.
Gets millions of plays and misses. Could just be bad luck, or it could be Hilf (1) Syndrome. He took three fer yesterday and bowled well. I dunno what the beef is really.
So come on the brain of Britain who do we replace Strauss with as opener? Not as though we have many options is it?Surprise surprise, jabs at the ball from around the wicket and gets bowled. Has been a passenger for well over a year. How many times has he simply just missed the ball either with the bat or in the slips?
They chucked out Colly the instant they thought he was past it. Strauss has been shot for a long enough time now, it's about time they did the right thing for the team. I mean did anyone seriously expect him to make any runs today or any other time?
Given the way they've mercilessly dropped other players and shafted guys like Onions they're making complete hypocrites of themselves the way they're backing Strauss. It is costing us Test matches and series.
They're the type of balls he was putting away 18 months or so ago. Plainly down on form. Although that was a good change up, that shot is his bread and butter.Yeah he wasn't a long way forward and hitting in front of middle, straightening a little... looked out.
No such thing as bad luck with plays and misses from a bowling perspective. Means you're just too short.Gets millions of plays and misses. Could just be bad luck, or it could be Hilf (1) Syndrome.
are you on with an agency? if so wait a couple of weeks before collecting, I did that, albeit accidentally, collecting on a bet that had dead-heated. Because it was from a while back, the payout didn't come up on the screen, so they looked at the ticket, which had the full winning payout printed on it. got paid the full winning. worth a shot.He was, I had a dollar on him at that stage and later on when he passed Rudolphs score I put another $30 on him at 1.2-3ish. That's where I lose out (albeit a negligible amount).
Yeah I've been saying this for a while now.No such thing as bad luck with plays and misses from a bowling perspective. Means you're just too short.
Nah. When you're talking about a bowler's entire career then the idea that they might've been particularly lucky or unlucky across it is not only highly unlikely but also irrelevant as you are no longer trying to push it through with a prediction, but it's both very possible and very relevant when you're just talking about day's play or an innings. This for mine is *very* dangerous thinking. Just because it looks good doesn't mean it will even be effective, or even looking over it can't make useful comment.
