Well well. This could be interesting - someone remind me if the law changed? EDIT: Oh, he didn't change his hands over. Never mind.

There's one for the rules committee. If you switch hit your leg stump becomes off for lbw purposes whether hands change or not.
Worth a thought.

Dire review. Leg stump is still leg stump, switch hit or not.

Actually Tahir's pretty dire all-round, isn't he? Has his average gone past Harris's yet?

The trouble with Jimmy is he fancies himself as a batsman and he tries playing shots, he was better when he blocked to death.

Was a reverse, not a switch - but did they end up changing the law? Don't recall.
I don't think it should matter, personally. But that's just my view.

I can't recall if they changed it or not either.

At least Harris used to dry up the runs.
Much better batsman and fielder too.

Think he suffers from an image problem as a bowler, because his round-arm SLA looks like it should be crud at test level, but can be effective on occasion.

Tahir, with his googlies and flippers, is the reverse. Seems as if he might be a bowler, but is just a bullier of the tail.

That's the problem with our lower order as a whole tbh. If there are no recognised batsmen left then fine, have a dart. But when Prior or Bell are still in, Broad Swann and even Anderson still fancy a cover drive. I would prefer to see Prior farming the strike in this situation.
