Nah she has it won now I think.Awesome from Ennis. Should be in the bag now but not over till the fat lady sings, clearing her throat though.
Awww, if you like I can go down to the arcades and get some more of these for the Australian Olympic team. Might make them feel a bit better.Thread needs less numpties from Durham tbh.
Then you'd have to leave your stock of Mountain Dew and your darkened room; and risk being exposed to natural light.Awww, if you like I can go down to the arcades and get some more of these for the Australian Olympic team. Might make them feel a bit better.
She has but you fear a pulled muscle or something horrid like that.Nah she has it won now I think.
I think she's about 300 odd points ahead. She could nigh walk the 800She has but you fear a pulled muscle or something horrid like that.
Just under 200, but 2nd place is a throwing specialist.I think she's about 300 odd points ahead. She could nigh walk the 800
Yep, they were talking about it being like Freeman in Sydney. Still think she should just take up the hurdles and sprint's. I'm convinced she could get gold in them for less effort/stress.It's got to be said Jess out of all the GB athletes had a ton of pressure on her in the run up to this games but boy she's handled it brilliantly so far.
Probably will when she gets a touch older, although that didn't work out for Kluft, mainly due to injury though.Yep, they were talking about it being like Freeman in Sydney. Yep, and eased the pressure on Farah and Greene as well by getting the medal we want. It's got to be said Jess out of all the GB athletes had a ton of pressure on her in the run up to this games but boy she's handled it brilliantly so far.
and Phillips Idowu who's finally turned up, no one knew where he was apparently.Yep, and eased the pressure on Farah and Greene as well by getting the medal we want.
Might inspire the long jumpers in a wide open competition as well.
Nah, he'll choke as usual.and Phillips Idowu who's finally turned up, no one knew where he was apparently.

Well I meant medal as in any medal. Not counting chickens yet. She could probably walk it and still get bronze.hasn't happened yet
I fear the curse of Mary decker-Slaney.
Finished 2nd last time didn't he, guy who beat him was just better on the day, took a good jump to beat him mind.Nah, he'll choke as usual.
Really? He always seems really optimistic, but he gives credit where it's due to all the other competitors, and especially those who beat us, which I couldn't say about others who make it sound like they only got up because we were below our best. Our comms are pretty ordinary tbh. I think one is Jane Fleming. The rowing commentary has James Brayshaw and he's an appalling cheerleader. Probably our worst aside from Ray Hadley.
