Don't oppose batting allrounders per se (pluralisation?), only in the case of this team - they're fine when you've got a top class upper order.

1) Bopara is a patchy performer & a dozy tw*t - I'd happily discard him.
2) Cook has mainly faced pretty ordinary new ball bowling since his return to the side, with the likes of Malinga & Gul being old ball specialists - that makes quick scoring a lot easier for him. This summer will probably give us a much better idea of what he's actually capable of.
3) The same is probably true of Bell.
4) I'm not particularly convinced by Tredwell, but he's more of a specialist bowler than Patel - he's probably the best of a pretty ordinary bunch (sans Swann).

Of course it could happen, and Cook could easily do it. But I wouldn't be confident of anyone in world cricket doing stuff like that consistantly. Those are ATG stats, which you would expect to get boosted against poor attacks.
