The best deals in my opinion so far are...

Peter May (*) - 0.826 million - quite cheap for a fine batsman and captain.
Kapil Dev - 0.925003 million - can play as a third paceman or a fifth bowling option and can win a match with the bat. There are lesser players who have gone for nearly twice his price.
Bill Lawry - 0.465001 million - poo change for someone who averages over 45 in test cricket.
Les Ames (+) - 1.7 million - if Gilchrist went for 2.9, then this is an absolute robbery.

The worst sales in my opinion would be...

Colin Cowdrey - 1.35 million - a good batsman and an absolute gentleman, but went for more than Pietersen, Sehwag, Hayden and Mitchell, to name a few.
Bill Johnston - 1.611462 million - a favourite of mine, but went for higher than Walsh and Pollock as well as being about four times the price of Ntini. More surprising than a rotten deal.

Couldn't really believe I got Lawry for one of the lowest prices dished out so far.

$725,000
Everyone's looking for those impact players, and Lawry's stonewalling probably meant that he lost the reputation he deserves.

Hugely surprised Kallis didn't make your 'bad deals' list.

Or Ntini your 'good deals' list.

With Laxman and Ntini, I didn't want to just be listing the players that went cheaply. To me, they're very good without being greats, so I figured they weren't super bargains overall.

In hindsight I shouldn't have really done this. It was only because I found it funny to price Marc out of the bidding!
