Norwood's on Fire
I concur.

Also, Michael Owen released. Have to admit that a few months ago I was shocked to discover he was still there, such has been his recent impact.

Could do a job in League One with a club local to his home IMO

Benitez favourite apparently, probably just lazy bookies at this point
Apparently a fan was interviewed yesterday, who explained sagely that Dalglish was evidence that you should never go back. When asked who should replace him, his immediate answer was Benitez.

:D

Solksjaer been backed to odds-on for the Villa job, and I reckon Owen will end up at Spurs, injury-prone and cheap, suits 'arry down to the bare bones.

Would love to see Ole succeed at Villa, and they've got the nucleus of a decent team. Hate to see him to the same way as the rest of our ex-players-turned-managers

Yeah it's been quite amazing how Fergies protegees have turned out so poor, often after starting their managerial career brilliantly.

Oh and in lolworthy lower division news Ian ****ing Wright has been made first-team coach at MK ****ing dongs, match made in heaven:clap:

I really hope that means he won't be allowed on TV during the Euros.
Don't think he is working with BBC or ITV. ITV's team was announced yesterday on Talk****e and I don't recall Wright being included. Last I heard of him, he was doing a Saturday football radio show on Virgin radio (Absolute radio).

Roberto Martinez is apart of the ITV team. He was always good value on Sky's La Liga coverage back in the day. Can't say I will be streaming mind as Jamie Carragher will also be providing "analysis" for ITV. Every game is on Chinese TV with expert analysis from roseboy's hero, Dang Fangzhuo, so that will do me.

Being reported on Dubai radio (source: former Liverpool and international player) that Rodgers has declined invitation to be interviewed for Liverpool manager's job

Today's trivia question - what unique record to Nottingham Forest hold regarding the European Cup/Champions League?

So the rumour is that Dalglish has asked for his [fairly large amount of] compensation be put into the next manager's transfer budget instead. Can't help but feel his ****iness over the past few months has been because of the pressure he's been under - seems a genuinely decent guy, at times.

Although I'm sure GF will tell us otherwise.
