The Campaign for Test Matches to last Ten Days

We have started the Campaign for Test Matches to last Ten days or, more easily TCTMTLTD as an antidote to Twenty20. Sure Twenty20 is fun but test matches are where the real fun is to be had. Imagine the ebb and flow of a ten day match. Perfect. Please join our campaign.TCFTTLTD Hopefully we can lobby the ICC to make this momentous change.
Thanks.

I don't see why you'd want a 10 day test match, when you could play roughly 22 T20 games in the same time period. More is better.

England were 654-5 chasing 696 ... one of the great near misses, that. Would have set an all-time record.

There were two days washed out as well, IIRC. :(

Shocked to see that Cricinfo were writing daily reports in 1939, btw. Clearly the Internet has been around longer than I thought! :-O

•Liverpool council refuses to allow darts to be played in pubs, the only city in the country to take such action.
Presumably because Catholics and Protestants were throwing them at each other

Nah, the darts were continually stolen by girls walking through town to use as hair curlers at 11am on a Monday morning. Costing insurance companies too much.
