Greetings Kind Sirs,
It has come to my attention that a great injustice is being done by the New South Wales Blues Selection Committee at present. A young Australian with English heritage, one Samuel Robson, has been scoring an abundance of runs in Grade cricket for the past few seasons, and yet has been overlooked for gentlemen with far inferior records, namely Scott Henry and Tim Cruickshank (or selecting a side made up entirely of bowlers).
Mr. Robson is clearly a talent who deserves to be playing First Class Cricket, overseas player or not, and in an era where a not-quite-good-enough South African spinner can captain South Australia, I cannot fathom why he has not been offered a New South Wales contract.
Please, end this injustice - THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!
P.S. This e-mail is actually serious, I figured it would be ignored anyway, so why not write it as if I was a crackpot with an overworked thesaurus?
P.P.S. He's a decent bat, and you guys couldn't score runs without Nev last year, so....
