"such a good player" seems like an understatement doesn't it? Only 23 years old and the guy already has 10 ODI centuries and almost 3500 runs. The best part about Virat is that he has a major score against all test playing nations. Only missing centuries against WI, SA and PAK.

He hasn't even really done it in a World Cup yet. An unbeaten 100 against Bangladesh on a road and that was about it.

I don't consider ODI cricket "mickey mouse" cricket for a start. And secondly it doesn't matter all that much how he did in the WC. The major reason as to why he didn't do well was because our top three usually fired consistently, leaving Virat to come in to bat around the death overs, which doesn't exactly give you a chance to bump your average does it? He threw away a couple of starts in the crunch games, but that doesn't define his entire career
