Gifting a big lead after having them 88/6 ffs
I'll take a 60 run deficit any day of the week after NZ was 133/7 yesterday. I was thinking of an innings victory for SA at that point.

The NZ lower order batsmen did a similar thing to a lesser extent yesterday going from 133/7 to 185.

Still no excuse for the bowlers though. Too much Arnel and Vettori to release pressure/do nothing.

60 run lead when 133/2 after first innings is definitely something I'd have taken..

So with SA to bat last and the kiwis about to enjoy probably the best of the batting conditions, they must be red hot favouriters. The SA bowlers haven't had much of a rest.
Mega YAWN!!! Spaz.

Saffer bowlers won't be needing a rest, they weren't even in the field a full day.

This partnership will decide the match imo. It's been pretty even up until this tail wag.
Doubt it. Think the deciding factor will be losing 5 wickets for ZERO runs. I'd expect to see that in a weird game of college cricket not a professional game.

More epic partnerships in the tail after we'd done so well against the recognised batsmen. This would be infuriating if it wasn't so typical. Glenn McGrath scored a 50 against us FFS.

Well that as well tbf

Vettori to reinvent himself as an opening batsman/allrounder. So loony it might just work.
