He'll probably get a wicket now to make a liar of me, but Gul looks gone here. Appalling body language, if one sets any store by such things.

He loses focus easily at times. Even in the Mohali SF, he looked out of sorts after Sehwag attacked him. At his best when in rhythm.

3-0 because the batting was the problem.
Both in second and third test, England were in a strong position only to let Pakistani batsmen fight back and take the total beyond England's reach. It wasnt entirely batting's fault even though they were more culpable.

One of those pleasing bits of cricketing circularity that the previous holders of England's record opening stand v Pakistan were also a captain and a South African in Atherton & Robin Smith.

He would have performed better than Anderson.
What enlightening analysis. You can guarantee that, can you? Would he take the slip catches as well?

We lost the Test series because we batted like morons - end of. No one is interested in this subject any more.

Meanwhile, Gul is heading past "**** for a T20" to "Mick Lewis"
