Hmm Henry and Ronaldo are in a league of their own as far as attacking players are concerned. There's a lot to be said for guys like Bergkamp, Zola and Di Canio but they can't really compete with players that score ridiculously good goals all the ****ing time.
Agreed. For me: Henry, then Ronaldo.

The only footballers better than Bergkamp from the whole time I have been alive are Aldridge, Greenacre and Nevin. FACT. DO NOT CONTEST.

Yeah, start in Division 3 as well.

Scottish football will be stuffed totally if rangers go under as they'd take Celtic and many others with them without the money and interest they bring.
It's a 10 point penalty for going into administration. There's not a hope in hell of Rangers being relegated to division 3 - if the worst came to the worst and an AFC Rangers were formed, they'd go straight back into the SPL, as the SPL's TV contracts are null and void without Rangers.

As things stand, we're waiting on a final judgement in our tax case against HMRC. Should we lose, we'll face a bill of £50m or so - something we simply can't afford.

IMO, right now this is nothing more than Rangers getting plans in place should the worst happen and the **** hitting the fan regarding the tax case.
When is the decision in the case due?

How likely is it that Rangers will lose the case? I'm not really up to speed with the whole thing, but it seems to have been dragging on for a while now.

No idea.

Apparently, HMRC will appeal the decision should it go against them - the official statement on the club website has basically said that unless HMRC are willing to come to some sort of compromise then we'll be headed into administration in an effort to basically just burn down the wreckage that is the finances of Rangers and start again.

GF, dont take it personal when I say as a Celtic man and a loyal employee, I know who i'm rooting for - The one that'll pay my bonus

The Liverpool owners were flying in for the final, as well as the previously scheduled meeting with supporters which they attend every six months, anyway. It's nothing to do with the Suarez saga.

Bergkamp quite underrated on this forum imo.
Really? Seems to me that Bergkamp is rated pretty fairly (ie. very highly) around these parts.

Reckon Cantona is pretty underrated here though - I think people are forgetting (or choosing not to remember) just how good he was for United, and the impact he had. No question in my mind that I'd place him ahead of Zola or Di Canio if rating him purely on Premier League performance.
