*sigh*

Well, let's see, shall we?

Fair to say that's still true.

Happy to clear that up for you.
'little black man' is an example of using black as an adjective. That was one of the points the experts put forth on the ambiguity of the word 'negro' with regards to using it as an adjective and a noun. Suarez claims to have called him black. Not a black man, not a black ****, just black. I purposely put that in there to see how you'd respond. A bit of a litmus test. But it is clear that you really have not read the report. Why do you continue to comment on a report when it is starkly clear you have not read it? Disgraceful.

As if I've ever claimed I had.

Look, I'm going to be frank here, I'm reporting you and I'll let the mods sort it out. This debate is tiresome in the extreme and is stinking up one of the more beloved threads in the General Sports forum.

Moving on from that...

Although we need our top 4 spot rivals to lose...I couldn't help but jump in the air when this happened.

Isn't Ikki some sort of lawyer?

I'm not going to express a view on the rights and wrongs of this one but if he carries these sort of never-say-die attitudes to cases through into practice the Judiciary and his opponents are going to really hate him.

So in all seriousness a glittering legal career beckons, imo

Just a shame he can't stay longer really, is clearly still up to task and better than the alternatives Arsenal have available.

Not sure why the defence didn't shut Arshavin down though. Had two men on him and they just backed off and backed off. Great cross, but he was never going to get it in if they tried to make a tackle. Still, best thing he's done all season in any case.

I will be some sort of lawyer probably around this time next year.

Yeah, true, thought the same exact thing. Shocking defending on the cross. Johnson-esque.

It's funny though. Growing up watching Henry I wanted someone to break his god damn legs...he was that good and dangerous. Looking back on his career he was a freak - didn't sink in at the time and he has not been replicated since IMO.

Would probably rate him as the best foreign player to ever play in the Premiership to be honest. Certainly top 5. Bergkamp, Zola, Ronaldo and Di Canio keeping him company probably. Maybe substitute Di Canio for Cantona, Schmeichel or Vieira.

International Coach
McLeish should be sacked, he's ruined my weekend. Villa used to be a side that can languish all year but stick a decent result past a big team now and again.

Great save from Hart there. Villa really piling on the pressure in closing stages. Makes you wonder what might've happened had they shown a little more going forward earlier.

Yeah really thought Villa were gonna do evil a favour there but they pulled through with their standard nil in the end

Common sense finally prevails at Liverpool then. better late than never, though i would imagine Mr Henry had a big say in the apologies today. If they had done it 3 months ago the matter would have closed there and then.

Was right about Dalglish though, looks like he may crack up again which would be a shame.
