Based on availability of uppercut, Howe_Zat and BoyBrumby, we'll say the time is 9:00pm London time (also 9pm GMT).

That's about 4pm in the afternoon for me. Day TBD - probably a weekday next week.

I will post more re: skype or whatever other tool once I test the recording and things like that on my system.

A couple more members would be welcome.

As for the topics, I'll have some questions. I think it might be better not to have a chance to prepare because I don't want any pre-prepared speeches (I'll give you topics a few minutes before we start), but if you guys want questions more than 10-20 mins in advance (just to get your thoughts in order). I expect it to be more conversational and it's perfectly fine to talk about other things so the topics will be more conversation starters rather than Q&A type.

I would budget 2 hours, but it won't take more than an hour I'd expect (main holdup would be if there are technical issues).

Might be able to get involved again depending on the day this week - 9pm's generally good-ish but 9.30's better! Would need to ensure I steal a microphone from school somewhere, but I think I have one stashed away for exactly this purpose...

There should be a diversity of geographical areas involved (and obviously trying to maintain quality of participants).

Brumby should definitely be the British/Euro representative. Then you should look at someone from Australia/New Zealand/South Africa as well as a member from the sub continent.

Theoretically ideal as I mentioned earlier -- if senior members from those regions are available, I'd be happy to include them.

Wasn't he bought for $1,000,000 by Rajasthan? Not much of an insult. If he's single, I'll throw my hat in the ring :p.

Let me get everything set up first. I'll let you know but it shouldn't be an issue and I have no problem with that.

Ill post the full audio with very little editing anyway so it's not like you'll miss much.

A cricket draft done this way would be awesome. Like with some 30 second or 1 minute time limit to choose a player.

Timing is the main issue. It would be very very hard to get a substantial number of people together at the same time and day also with functioning mics and such. You can try it though and see how it goes.

I would volunteer, but I only know about horrible, mediocre NZ players and parrots. Both knowledge banks are likely to be surplus to requirements.
