I said this elsewhere, but I really think this could become a thing in T20. Obviously you can only do it if you've got a strong batting line-up, but if you can sneak the keeper in at 8...

We have Hartley coming in at 9 too who is effectively a specialist keeper... probably still not enough for the Heat though.

Beats the **** out of pigeon-holing them as openers. Ideally you won't even need to make them bat at all, if you require a substantial innings from a 7 or 8 in t20 there's a p. good chance you won't be winning anywayz.
