 That was hilarious.

Annoying that City have passed up the chance to capitalise on Man Utd's ineptitude, but I think Sunderland deserved a point at least here, though to come away with all three was incredibly fortunate.

Great week for Arsenal though. So annoying that they didn't beat Wolves the other day, then they'd be nearly in touching distance.

I think every one of the top six will consider the Christmas period a missed opportunity tbh. Seems to happen every year, though.

Farcical result based on the game, but Sky love it clearly.
Kind of disagree really, citeh should have womn on balance of play, but their finishing and final ball was poor, and they did allow a Sunderland side with no ambition some decent chances.

I do think citeh deserved to win, but so did United yesterday, but you need to defend solidly and take your chances. Johnson was very poor, wouldn't be surprised if he didn't start a league game for the rest of the season.

Gap's down to 9 points and Chelsea, Tottenham and the Manchester clubs still to come to the Emirates.

It's on.

They're certainly not better than the Manchester teams by enough to close nine points on both of them by the end of the season. But you do wonder what would have happened if they hadn't taken so long to get their squad sorted for the start of the season.

Not really farcical if they weren't unlucky, which they weren't.
For someone who always argues that chances don't matter, goals do, you making this argument screams bias. Which I'm fine with, of course, just find it kinda funny. Especially as we were quite obviously unlucky to concede a 93rd minute offside goal.
