Saw this pictures in an edition of cricketer magazine (Urdu Edition, pakistani) in either late 1990 or early 1991. They used to have a segment where they would post a picture like this every month and ask the readers to take a guess on what was the incident happening in the pictures. I remember waiting anxiously for the next month edition to find out what happened in that pictures.

Now I get to see the video, Awsome upload!:D

I remember a few years ago when they just had the rope and none of those advertisting triangle things there was a spate of ball in face related incidents for spectators.

The ball would go flying to the rope and the spectators were bending over the fence with there face down ready to get the ball, seemingly oblivious to the fact that the ball would hit the rope and get airbourne.

Was extraordinary.

Bet you can't make a compilation of cricket ball to face incidents...

I recall this happening a lot in England, and wishing whole sections of the crowd would get taken out.

No problem, ill keep it up. But I'm adding watermarks from now on. My Next video will be Ross Taylor's 100 against australia. Do you mind if I reupload the Shoiab video with the watermark.

Here is a great final over drama, Pak v WI 1991 (I requested robelinda this game way back last year)

Pakistan Vs West Indies @Sharjah 1991 (Faran Ghumman) - YouTube

Here is when I asked him for this game.
Just came up with couple of smoking requests....

->In late 1991, there was a tournament in Sharjah in which aaqib got hat-trick in final, Richie Richardson scored two of the best 100's I have ever seen in my life in that tournament, one won WI the game, the other one, which was a better inning BUT WI still lost the game due to the brilliance of younis. Can you find those two innings by any chance?

--> Can you upload that final over from the second game from younis, I think It went something like this, WI needed 10 or so runs, Bishop was batting with Patrick Patterson and took single first ball, Patrick took single next ball....third ball was smashed out of ground by Bishop.....then for next two balls when Bishop got dot balls......last ball....two runs to win, one to tie and Bishop was expecting something near his toes and was ready to swing/whip it anywhere on on side...but younis bowls a 95 MPH + leg cutter(ish) and knocks the off stump out of park...:-O

Smoking requests, arent they?

Wasim Akram bowling the series deciding over v West Indies. (For Smalishah84)

:thumbup::thumbsup::thumbup:

nobody bowled yorkers like the 2Ws.

This over proved to me that how great waqar younis was. I always believed that In situations like this he was miles ahead of akram or anyone in the history of the game.
You must be kidding. Wasim >> Waqar in the death overs.

This pak-wi ODI series was such a gun series.

Just a few days back I was thinking of Amir Sohail bowling. Maybe because Dilshan reminds me of him a lot. Amir Sohail was a part timer and when he became captain he started bowling a lot more. Just like Dilshan

Dude, you are coming up the ranks fast. I really like your bowling compilations. Do you happen to have any Imran Khan videos? Incidentally he happens to be my favorite EVER cricketer. In case you hang out long enough at CW, you might get a hint :D
