I quite like Gambhir. I think he's a bit underappreciated at times, didn't get enough credit for his WC final knock (which imo was better than Dhoni's) and he's played some great rearguard innings. Also quality to watch in ODIs, one of those players that can score very quickly with orthodox cricket shots.

A little bit of a prickly character but the only time I've really agreed that the flak was deserved was the Watto incident.

He's awesome against spin, cruised in the final with his ability to turn every ball into a run.

Haha ya, one of the things that irks me the most. He definitely deserved more credit for that knock. But Dhoni completely overshadowed him.
