Its an absolute farce that technology like DRS isn't being used - even if it doesn't pick up the marginal calls, at least it reverses absolute howlers like that.

India been getting a load of poor decisions going their way recently, Brathwaite was robbed twice and so was Kirk Edwards in the Tests, and in the ODI series there were several, especially the Samuels one in the 4th one dayer, and Pollard in the second game, and it's these kind of decisions that can cost a team a result at the end of the day.

There are various ways you can negotiate..the way BCCI manages to get every other board to agree to them...CA had the power..they could have refused the tour, they could have refused to tour India in the future. India-Australia series helps BCCI as much as it helps CA, so its not like BCCI is doing Australia a favour.
