Will play them again this year. The more top teams you beat the more points you get. Pakistan's FTP is designed in such a way that climbing is impossible. Pakistan are playing very less against England, Oz, SA in the next ten years compared to other teams. Plus you guys also lose the India matches.

Lets be honest here, India didn't get to no.1 without a fair bit of luck, Saffers been iffy at home and an un given LBW been a couple of reasons as to why they got there. Pakistan are easily a side that travels better than India.

It's silly to say that Pakistan will continue to lose future test matches just because they lost in the past against India. You are not as good as you were before and we have improved. Also remember that we have a better test record against you guys.

TBF I dont think with what happened with Amir and Asif, Pakistan has the bowling now to win series in Aus, Sa, Eng, etc. Ajmal is top class but wont be a big factor in fast, bouncy pitches. India has actually managed to compete in most away tours since 2000 unlike the Indian test team of 90's. They drew in Aus, Sa and even won in Eng(2007), WI (2006,2011), NZ(2010), etc. Idont see where they are bad travellers! (that is if you dont count the recent English summer

I think only Pakistan can manage to beat India in India (similar conditions, emotions, etc.). That says a lot coz IIRC India has only lost once at home to OZ (2004?) in the last decade. That says a lot!!
