Disagree completely. Hitting out gets you out on this surface. Taylor and Brownlie have shown the way to go.

Have a look at the four highest scores in the match to date. All but one (Taylor) scored at a good rate.

As Khawaja and others have showed, if all your going to do is try and survive, eventually your going to get an unplayable delivery and you'll be dismissed.

Have a look at the match situation. Batting gets easier as the days go on and as the ball gets older.

Well yeah Khawaja swung too far the other way, but Williamson and Brownlie never looked to force the pace. They took opportunities the bowlers gave them and respected the good deliveries.

On a serious note, every run is bonus territory as far as I'm concerned, will be happy if we can squeeze another 50 runs out of these last 3 wickets.
