England being first is for obvious reasons, and then 4-8 are fairy interchangable, depending on mood, time of day, etc. South Africa and Bangladesh up there due to individual players (Steyn, Amla, De Villiers, Shakib, Tamim, Mahumudullah et al). India so far down because I dislike anyone that features from 7-11, no matter who they pick. Sri Lanka seems to be a fairly irrational hate, but can't say I'm Sangakkara's biggest fan.
