Naeem is the 3rd best allrounder in Bangladesh after the great Shakib and the decent Marmadoola. He has a lot about his batting but would probably be outside of the ideal best 6.
I'd say the best bats in Bangladesh right now are:
Tamim, Shakib, Rahim, Marmadoola, Siddique, Nafees, Nazimuddin, Hom, Naeem, Raqibul/Ashraful
