Why do you keep implying that they won't go for it? Its stupid posting.
The times Dhoni has chosen to not try for a win is when he's only had a lead of 1 test. This is totally different.
If they choose not to go for it late in the day because they lose another wicket that is fine. They've had a good crack at this.

Because Dhoni is an extremely defensive captain in general. His first plan b always is to send everybody back to the boundary. It's been successful for him, so I'm not denying him that - but the truth is that he definitely seems to prefer the conservative option in virtually every situation. It's not stupid posting, it's simply going by Dhoni's characteristics.

Na, was unable to bowl for ages because of chucking allegations. Just hasn't bowled much in first class games at first class level. His first class figures are crazy because WI is great for spinners domestically.
