Indeed, credit where credit is due, I'm a bit of a Clarke critic, but he weathered an early barrage and has batted fluently against some good bowling on a difficult pitch.

Top knock. 102*(108) when the rest of the batting line up has either scored single figure scores or had to really graft to score 40 is incredible.
