I think the moral of the story is that Pup has bowled Copes in too short spells. Maybe end up with the same number of overs, but longer spells needed. Especially in these conditions he relies on preying on the batsman losing patience. That works best in long spells, not ripping him off after three overs.

Clarke hails from Warne' school of thought as far a captaincy is concerned, his basic tactic is to be unpredictable with his fielding and bowling changes and that's the reason we see all these bowlers bowling in such short spells.
