One other thing I haven't heard mentioned, they talk about this margin of error for hawkeye, that's why they have the allowance. They don't seem to recognise there is still a line. If hawkeye was wrong by 1mm to the offside, copes was robbed even with the current playing conditions.

I don't understand why people are pissed at DRS, if they didn't have DRS it would have been not out anyway.

How is that ump's call?
Confused atm.
That was such a pile of nonsense. If most of the ball is hitting most of the stump, how can it be ump's call?

It's like they've taken off-stump pretty much out of the equation. Nuts.
well

should have been out. forget hawkeye look at the replay
Was referring to the confusion with regards to the referral. Not if it should have been initially given out or not. & within the rules accepted prior to the match it was the right call by the third umpire.

Hawkeye does have a margin of error but it's far more sensitive than the naked eye or any other method cricket has at it's disposal at the moment.

What's not to understand? It's because of DRS that people are pissed off. Umpires make errors from time to time fair enough, but what is DRS there for?

Clarke really needs to be more patient with his bowlers (and needs to **** off out of the slips, but that's another matter)

The reality is he is now our best slip fielder and that somehow is proof of how much the quality of our slip cordon has fallen in the last few years.

Copeland > Clarke in the slips.

Entertaining cricket at the moment. Batting is compact and bowling is probing.

Hate to say this but Watson at this rate is likely to join the injury list pretty soon, his bowling workload for an opening batsman is getting pretty ridiculous.
