I can live with your batsmen quite comfortably maybe G Chappell at the expense of ??????
Your bowlers need to rethink those
What about O'Reilly,Warne,Lillee,Spofforth,Bedser, Tyson, Hall or Walsh to name a few AND no Miller or even Lindwall:-O:-O

You may have a case for O'Riely over Grimmet.

But I cannot imagine that any of the fast bowlers you listed were better than Hadlee, Marshall or McGrath

O'Reilly or Warne ahead of Grimmet and maybe Lillee or Ambrose ahead of Garner. Other than that, there isn't too much that can be changed there.

Both Miller and Lindwall were better bowlers than McGrath. As for the others Frank Tyson was probably faster than Hadlee(hence his nickname "typhoon"). Hall was a ****breaker.

Definitely, I have heard that Tyson used to hurt batsmen through pads. But Thommo and Akthar were even quicker, but quicker doesn't mean better. Even in my wildest dreams, I won't put Tyson, Wes Hall or Lindwall over Hadlee as a bowler.

Really?

I know Lindwall is a truly great fast bowler and wouldn't be surprised to see someone rate him over McGrath. But are you saying that Keith Miller was a more complete, a more penetrative and a more consistent bowler than Glenn McGrath?

As for the others Frank Tyson was probably faster than Hadlee(hence his nickname "typhoon").
Sure, Tyson was much faster than Hadlee. Never heard anyone mention otherwise.

State Vice-Captain
have heard it said before by australian chums who are long in the tooth that he was better than mcgrath. apparently a wider variety of skills allied to appreciably greater pace.
