*Official* Second Test at Trent Bridge

That is disgraceful.

Watch Praveen Kumar's reaction. I think Bell is perfectly entitled to assume that it's 4.

Utterly disgraceful.

Think India left the umpires with no choice. Gave them the chance to withdraw the appeal.

Sloppy from Bell. Presumption the curse of mankind and all that.

Put it this way, if I was captain I wouldn't've appealed. No doubt Bell has stuffed up but really

That is all-round woeful cricket.

Stupid from Bell to assume its four and stupid from India to pretend as if its four yet proceed to run him out. Not what I like to see.

Well, from what I can gather, Bell thought it was four, and tea, but got run out because the ball was actually saved?

Well, **** happens, I guess. No worse than getting run out off the bowler's fingers. Great innings by Bell though, assuming the second session was as good as the first.

A lot worse than getting run out off the bowlers fingers - that's the backing up man's fault.

Yeah pretty disappointing from India if they actually thought it was four. Not how cricket should be played.

Different circumstances. Kumar acted like it was 4, for all intent it was tea and they lobbed the ball in and took the bails off.

Praveen Kumar didn't know where the ball was. He was not pretending that it was four. Why the hell would he and let England run four?
