Ishant has been trying to do way too much in this match, broad showed him the way, all he has to do is pitch the thing up around off. Dunno if this is fletcher tactics or inexperience.

Ah just got back from a 12 hour shift and we're batting again with a lead of 191 runs :)

All I want now is to watch the highlights without knowing who took which wicket or seeing any of the wickets. Sky are making it bloody difficult though.

The problem with Ishant pitching it up is that he's not naturally an away swing bowler. I imagine he'd be more use in that regard with the older ball and reverse.

i decided to keep my money out of this one, betting on tests in england is a tricky affair with rain and bad light never far away. One thing to bear in mind with betting on India games is that they get massive backing from the subcontinent so there's rarely any value, that said the same can often be said about england, especially when playing at home. The market can be a bit tricky to read as a result, could be close but I reckon the smart money is backing england, bound to trade lower at some point when you can sell out.

Anyway, fantastic day for England but I can't believe the dropped chances. Laxman and Dravid going back when Broad was on fire would've meant following on, and the game halfway into the bag. As it is the draw's still favourite.

But yeah, Stuart Broad. Really good news for England on the whole that he's still got it, actually, because he was always going to play on. Big respect to the coaches for sorting him out, especially Flower. I love that man.

Really happy for Rahul. I was worried that he might retire with people having no memory of how good he was. England would be very disappointed if they don't win from here. India with 3 bowlers, they should put up a target of 450 with about 30-40 overs left tomorrow. Can't see India batting out that many overs.

I always thought they were different things. I'm 95% sure that there are different catergories and it goes..
