Never doubted Raina TBH. Nervous times coming up methinks.

Awesome effort by Chanders, fully deserves the not out.

Yeah, there's Zaheer. Cevno keeps telling us that Praveen can bowl reverse but while I'm a big Praveen fan, I'm yet to see it. I've said before that I think that's really the key for India's pace stocks - all the big domestic performers seem to be written off for their lack of pace, but Zaheer of late has operated at some extremely meager speeds for some of his best bowling - the key is that he can move the ball at any age. If any of the 120km/hr trundlers who top the domestic bowling charts can bowl both conventional and reverse swing they are more than worth a go.
He can bowl reverse swing but there hardly has been any in this match for any of the bowlers.
Ishant is very handy with the reverse swing in India too ,when it starts to dart in to the right handers and which is why he has a decent record in India.

I think they use the Kookaburra ball in the Windies which reverses the least among all from my understanding of it. So may that along with the pitch and conditions has lead to no reverse in this match for both teams at all.

Vijay should go for his shots, honestly he has absolutely nothing to lose. He hasn't done anything on this tour and even if he can smash a few boundaries (perhaps target Edwards who might be feeling a bit tired after his long innings). And even if he gets out we always have Rahul "The Wall" Dravid to come next anyways.

Yeah Agree.

Send in Kohli at 3 to go for his shots too. IPL mode on.

Even if we lose 2/3 wickets before tea can't see 7 more falling on this pitch in the last session with Dravid,Laxman etc... among them.

Vijay should stop being such a useless **** this whole tour and go for a quickfire 20 or 30, would be much more useful than a 76-ball 11...

TBF it's not Dhoni who's opening the batting, so the ultimate call is the openers' to make.

I reckon they'll have an early dart and then shut up shop if a couple of quick wickets go down.
