Don't think India can lose this, but will be interesting to see if they can force the win

Btw ,anyone know whether the team is flying directly to England from there or coming back for a day or two?

I would presume the selected players would directly go to England from there and probably was one of the reasons why many chose to skip this one.

The tour match against Somerset starts on Friday. It would be utter madness for guys like Dravid to fly back to India before flying out again to England.

Even if they caught a flight from the West Indies at 10pm tomorrow night, they wouldn't arrive back in India until about 10pm on Monday night after accounting for time differences. Presumably they'd want a day or two to acclimatise in England as well, which means they'd need to be in England on Wednesday. There would be no point going back to India.

Pretty annoyed I missed the innings. Went to bed in disgust after Junior Bravo chipped one to long off. I'll definitely be staying up tonight for a Chanderpaul ton

Just watched all the highlights. Awesome stuff.

On a side note, I hope they schedule more matches at this ground. The crowd was fantastic

Pretty sure I said Cameron White would be a star at the World Cup.
Oh well. He had looked pretty woeful during the couple ODIs he played. Happy for him anyway.

Hopefully Sammy and Chanderpaul can stick around for a while and with the help of rain maybe a draw can be salvaged

Any update on Rampaul btw?

Gambhir, Zaheer, Yuvraj, Sreesanth and Saha leave for England from Mumbai tomorrow. Tendulkar is already there. Sehwag will join the team later (He has been in Bangalore for a while, undergoing rehabilitation at the NCA; think he will be there for another week). The rest will travel straight from the West Indies to England.

AFAIK.

I never saw Viv leave a ball because I only saw highlights.

West Indies batsman Kirk Edwards on what inspired him most about Viv Richards' batting

I see "rubbish" Ishant is doing his best to come on show today. Less than two overs but four short wide long hops and one sprayed down leg already.
