Is Powell usually a opener?

Yes, he is - he opens the batting for the Leewards, but was seriously injured after playing just two matches in this year's domestic season, and missed the rest of the campaign. That was back in February, I think.

I don't think he's played any FC cricket since then, but I stand to be corrected....

In his generation, a warm up consisted of a smoke and a gentle walk down the stairs to the ground.
