Zimbabwe 'A' v Australia 'A' v South Africa 'A'

Warner gets a wicket, but I'm not sure 3 overs for 32 was really worth it...
Buying wickets is one way to get them. Now with that mighty surge of confidence from his devastating bowling, he'll at least double his last score and get... 6 off 11.

Looks like a batter friendly pitch, all our star bowlers from previous matches have been punished. Mitch Marsh is making a name for himself with his bowling, seems to have a knack for picking up wickets.

Well, 298 is a lot better than it was threatening to become a while back. Copeland looks like he copped some stick at the end.

E: Bloody hell. Kleinveldt, 3 balls, a single and two sixes!

Copeland went for about 30 in those 2
His List A record was ****e before the squad was chosen. It's hardly a surprise that he's gone around the park in the death overs.

I expected the SafferA team to do this both matches, or at least I did till Hastings joined the squad and Hilfy went away, so we've come out relatively unbloodied.

We are undergunned in batting, so it will be a very difficult chase.

Warner out and Marsh promoted to #3....looking pretty weak with Ferguson, Paine and O'Keefe making up the top 6 (with Finch)

They're not going along too badly though, Marsh, from the scoreboard, appears to be getting on with it. The tail is very long though, can tell they're missing Maddinson and Wade in the middle order.

Pitch must be quite the road, given the scoring. Same ground as the other matches? Rather surprising the change in the pitch character if so.

So it looks like we've lost. A bit annoying given how well we were going for most of it.

Copeland keeping Australia in it with some fours of some sort (I like to imagine he's belting them straight but it's probably more Mark Gillespie-like than anything).

****, maybe I spoke too soon. Trent Lyon, I never doubted you  What a way to finish, too.

I'm Spark and I claim my five anti-jinxing points

My sources tell me the first was a back foot cover drive while the other was a heave to cow corner

Must have been a cracker of a match for the 2 or 3 people watching it.

Mitchell Marsh MOTM - I hope it's the first of many for Aus teams.

Good to see the South African art of choking has continued onto their A team, meaning it will be taken on when the current bunch of seniors retire.
