Why does Bell stay?

Coz he's in good form... as evident from tests..

He is making runs.. he is confident..

He needs to get time to settle in, and given his style of play is suited to the top order wherein he can come in and build an innings....

The difference between KP and Bell is that KP was good at ODIs once before in his career. Bell has played 100 ODIs and been poor almost without exception.

Context my dear boy. In the last 2 years KP has struggled for form because of 2 serious injuries. Bell has struggled for form because he is a **** ODI batsman.
