It's not a bowlers pitch. It's equally good for both bowlers and batsmen.Definitely Laxman for mine. Bowler's pitch.
Looked pretty obvious that he was struck outside off to me in real time.according to the simulation..

Really, wow. What are the chances...It's not a bowlers pitch. It's equally good for both bowlers and batsmen.
In real time, it didn't look like it had a remote chance of clipping off, let alone pitching inline. It was laughable.according to the simulation..

Yeah, it is an excellent Test match pitch. A good spinner should also prosper on this wicket. Harbhajan will probably have to contribute at some stage today for India to win this..It's not a bowlers pitch. It's equally good for both bowlers and batsmen.
The main reason we are getting low scores is that both batting line-ups aren't that strong...
If only there was some way look at it again, slowed down, with the path of the ball calculated beyond the point of impact as if the pad wasn't there at all. Then we might be able to reduce the errors people make when looking at such things in real time at full speed with a pad in the way.still in real time looked very close....
Yep. Agreed.Looked pretty obvious that he was struck outside off to me in real time.
Is not turning enough on the 5th day to really help a spinner ,tbf.Yeah, it is an excellent Test match pitch. A good spinner should also prosper on this wicket. Harbhajan will probably have to contribute at some stage today for India to win this..
Who else was in the frame?Mithun was a surprising selection in the first place.
Vinay Kumar, imo. Has a much better record for the same state too.Who else was in the frame?
Sreesanth, Zaheer and Munaf were all injured/rested. Would've gone Pankaj for the tour myself but I wasn't shocked by Mithun's selection at all; he definitely looks better than Unadkat anyway, even though I think he's near enough to proper gash as well.
Unless you're meaning that you were surprised he was picked ahead of Mishra for this match...
You (and myriad others) have said this once, twice, a thousand times. And a whole host of posters have reacted to it a thousand times. If only there was some way look at it again, slowed down, with the path of the ball calculated beyond the point of impact as if the pad wasn't there at all. Ahh, if only.
