*Official* - India in West Indies

the problem for WI is that even at 200/3 couple of quick wickets means they are left to score 100+ runs and a very week tail left

as G_S said above the only chance i see for them to win is some one scoring 60-80 runs at quick pace..if they try to score at say 2 2.5 runs an over they would eventually get out at around 250-270 max

I think the Sarwan wicket was key since the one real threat to India was a big Sarwan/Chanderpaul partnership. Now even if the latter stays till the end, there will always be one batsman less than test-class at the other end on a turning track. If India loses it will be a major failure for the spinners in particular.

To everyone saying India have this in the bag, shut the **** up.

Can the Indian anti-jinx army please come in here and balance this out?

Harbhi is a defensive ****
Mishra leaks runs
Ishant's pace is down again.
Praveen is too slow and is **** when the ball isn't swining.

Hence, it's WestInides game to lose. They are due for a good innings.

Chanderpaul will score a 100 and guide his team home.

India are the clear favourites from here, but for once the Windies have an outside chance, depending on the first session, and how it pans out for Shiv and Lil Bravo....

Even if the WI lose, at least the batsmen have shown a bit more spunk in the second innings.

India suck big time. Can't believe Dravid played such a **** knock, may have cost us the game.

WI's game to lose. Both the spinners have done sfa this match so far and apart from that we have a talented debutante and a **** pacer. They also have plenty of time.

Sammy has gotten 4 cheap wickets here tbh.

Doesn't really deserve a 5fer.
I'm puzzled by Sammy. Ever since his introduction to Test Crikcet in england a couple of years back, I've liked him. I got a pretty well-argumented smack in my face form you CW-guys when SA were touring SA. (I was wrong posts 350-400).

Sammy is not a brilliant bowler, but he is a persistant bowler! And apparently, that gets him wickets.

Call Rahul Dravid if you need a grown-up to do a job for you

But batting’s been tricky. The Windies have struggled too. Adrian Barath’s the only West Indian to have made it past 27. Can no-one score on this pitch?

Yes, of course they can. Rahul Dravid made a hundred and quite frankly, everything is right with the world. If you’re wondering how he did it when everyone else has struggled, you might like to spend a split second pondering the simple fact that Rahul Dravid is better than everyone else.

There’s no need to scrutinise this too much.

Indian Anti-Jinxing is so annoying. FMD.

If West Indies get within 50 runs I'll consider this a success.

I like Sammy. I don't know why I like him but I do.

Also, when I looked through that thread, its so funny how many people were calling Amla an ugly batsman. How times have changed...
