If it's true that it won't rain until 5 tomorrow, I fancy we'll do it. Reckon we'll have to chase a few like.
Yeah, if that's the case. I was under the impression we'd only get one session so I was resigned. But if we get two-and-a-bit we've a decent chance.

I never know when they stop, it seems to change from day to day.
Wtf. Once again, common sense fails to prevail.
No-one to make the decision, I guess. Everyone going with what mutually easiest and no-one going with what's best for the fans.

It's been a pretty long individual session.
So take a break if they must. We could have an extra hour of cricket now.

Sangers has got this one IMO. Herath to hang around for an annoying half an hour at the start and the rest to chip in with steady 10-15 over partnerships, until the rain comes down just in time. If they have to bat out the full 90, it will be tricky though.

Ahh so that's why they didn't complain about this lack of common sense in the studio.

Massive hypocrisy there.

Apparantly the reason it's 7.00 rather than 7.30 tonight is because Sky wanted to show some football instead.
They do have 4 dedicated sports channels and the ability to show additional events on the red button though.

Shows how much SKY actually thinks of cricket and how much that crap game with a round inflated ball dominates everything else in this country though.

Is this verified anywhere?

Its absolutely disgraceful if its the truth. If England end up not winning this test by a couple of wickets you can directly lay blame on this decision by a friggin' broadcaster.

This is so much worse than the Indian broadcasters apparently asking for 9am starts to ODIs itbt.

Just seen a much improved weather forecast for tomorrow. Rain may not arrive until 2-3pm so they should get at least one full session in before the rain arrives. Overcast conditions too which will help the swing bowlers.

Fingers crossed.
