Patel really plays some awesome looking shots at times. I've always thought he was a bit of an unfulfilled talent. Unfortunately he just has that over-riding air of direness.

Yeah I've always had a lot of time for Mishra too; he went completely off the boil for a while and decided to completely lose all his discipline though. I actually think he's good enough for most teams to persist with him even though that, but when you're playing a four man attack and at least one of those four is going to be Sreesanth or Sharma then you can't really carry a spinner like that. He's definitely got a lot more to him than someone like Ojha but just didn't fit the balance of the attack and Dhoni's plans when he wanted two spinners as well as him.
