'Official' Pakistan in West Indies

Xuhaib

International Coach
Azhar was the biggest dissapointment for me looked completely untroubled and then just left a straight one.

200 is more than enough for a win for the WI I reckon. Also the WI batting seems to be coping much better with the wicket than the Pak batting. In fact a lead of 150+ should be competitive for a crap batting side like Pak.
150 would make for a very very interesting 4th innings chase. But I think Windies would back themselves if they can score another 150 runs

I haven't seen much in the match but if you're struggling, the best way imo is to play more aggressively. People like Salman were just sticking around waiting to get out

Hmm.. don't think Pakistan will bat so badly second time around.. or rather not sure the WI will bowl so well. Rampaul, Sammy and Bishoo were just awesome. Well, Sammy was more steady than awesome, but still did a good job.

The pitch is only going to get worse so time occupancy at the crease will be just as important as runs

I think we can chase a target in the range of 250.Anything above it would be pretty hard.250 won't exactly be a walk in the park, but i think the batsmen will perform better this time.Either way,the match is set up very nicely. It will probably be over by the 4th day and it could well go down to the wire.

Tbf to Salman, you didn't actually accept his challenge. :p
Who asked you to butt in??? Just b/c you are the moderator doesn't mean that your gratuitous meddling is appreciated :p

Yes that is true.So no Avatar change
For the first time in my life I am regretting going to bed early. I couldn't place the bet and neither could I wake up for fajr :@

I agree with Xuhaib. Anything above 175 is WI game.

That's when you know you're up against it.

A lead of 175 would make it dead even for me. Regardless of of what's going on out there, bowling out a Test side for 150 just doesn't happen that often.
You didn't complete the sentence........."bowling out a Test side for 150 just doesn't happen that often.....unless it is Pakistan"

Pakistan won't bat as badly as they did in the first innings; that's pretty much a given. Reckon a lead of 225 would make it even - anything less, Pakistan are favourites; anything more would put West Indies in the driving seat.

People seem to be over rating Pakistan here.

It's Pakistan.

Nothing is "a given".

Gotta love the Pakistani posters on this site - each one has such contrasting views.

One is an eternal optimist, two are doomsayers, and one tries to put things in perspective. :p
